Ok, so today we stopped in Skagway Alaska and we took another BOAT/ ferry to Haines Alaska… From there we took a a 45 min bus ride to our river ride.
No, that’s not Steve.. But another photographer from Sacramento . This river we are going to is also an eagle researve.
So the boat was pretty much full of photographers 👍🏻.
So we reached the river for our 1 1/2 hrs ride … It I’d cold! But again my wool stuff worked great . They also provide you with another overcoat and blanket!
Of course we have tons more photos but this gives you the general idea. It was really interesting, plus we hit all this on their last day of running tours so we really had great tour guides. Our guide on this was from Main US and he’s a sea and flight captain. He loves Alaska and has retired to the area and traveling himself too.
