Wow… That was a really long flight! I’ve never done anything like that before and it was exhausting. We had a late start from Fresno so in Dallas we needed to pretty much run over to the international flights and go.
It was a huge plane and pretty nice but I still battled with that feeling of being “closed in”. I just needed to get comfortable.
So then we met up with Cecil and she drove us to her place… Remember how we where checking out the neighborhood on google ethnic? Well … Wow it looks just like it in person!! It was weird recognizing things I had only seen on Google. The only thing we didn’t know then is what floor Cecil’s apartment/condo is on… It’s on the 5th floor and has quite a view! We are enjoying watching the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood so far. I took a 5 minute video already so we can keep some of that. Here’s a pic from our balcony window:
